How it works
You tell a friend, a family member or a neighbor about us. They get a professional, no-pressure estimate for their roofing job. If they go ahead with the work, you receive a gift card, and the size of it scales with the size of the job they booked.
There is no limit on how many people you can refer, and the person you refer gets the same treatment as everyone else: a proper inspection and an honest scope.
What counts as a referral
A named person who mentions you when they first contact me, or whom you introduce by message. Both need to happen before their estimate, not after the job is done; I cannot go back and match names to past invoices.
The work has to be a paid roofing project: a repair, a re-roof, a commercial recover, a gutter job. Free inspections that go nowhere do not qualify, though I am still glad to do them.
When the reward is paid
After the referred job is completed and paid in full. I send the gift card by post or hand it over on the next visit, whichever you prefer. If the job is cancelled or the final balance is unpaid, the reward waits until it is resolved.
Rewards go to one referrer per job; if two people claim the same neighbor, the first name I have on file wins.
Who cannot participate
My own crew and their households, and anyone who is a paid sales agent for another roofing company. Property managers referring their own buildings are welcome to ask about a separate arrangement for repeat work.
The program can change or end, and any changes apply to referrals made after the change, not before.
Why I do it this way
A referred customer already trusts me a little, which makes the job easier, and a happy customer who sends a neighbor is worth more than any advert. Paying that forward with a gift card keeps the whole thing simple and honest.
If you have used us and know someone with a stain on their ceiling, send them my way.
How to send someone
Give them the site address or have them mention your name in the contact form. If you prefer, send me their name and the town by message and I will reach out. Either way, make sure I know it came from you before the estimate, so the reward can be tracked from the start.
