Commercial and residential roofing of every common type in the valley: cool-roof systems, clay and concrete tile, slate, metal, composition shingle and shake. Repairs, re-roofs, new installations on additions, inspections, gutter clearing and warranty work all come through the same door.
If you are not sure which you need, just describe the symptom; working out the cause is my end of the job.
Before you write
Have a look at the ceiling in each room and note any staining, check the garage ceiling, and if you can see the roof from an upstairs window or the street, note anything that looks lifted, missing or out of line. Those observations speed up the first visit considerably.
If the house is a rental or you are buying it, tell me who will be there to let me into the attic.
Office hours and response
I am on roofs during the day and on the phone in the gaps, so messages get answered in the evening if not sooner. Weekday mornings are the easiest time to book an inspection; Saturdays are possible for repairs.
Active leaks in rain jump the queue for a temporary cover.

Where I go
San Bernardino, Highland, Redlands, Colton, Rialto, Loma Linda, Fontana and Grand Terrace as standard, with Yucaipa and Bloomington on request. Commercial calls anywhere along the 10 or the 215 between Fontana and Redlands are fine.
Further out, ask and I will give you a straight yes or no.
A note on estimates
Every estimate I give is written, itemised and based on a walk of the roof and, where possible, the attic. I do not quote from the driveway and I do not quote from a photo alone, though a photo helps me decide how quickly to come. If another contractor has already given you a scope, bring it along and I will tell you where I agree and where I do not.
